Facility Credentialing Plan
$250 per month per provider
Up to five new facility affiliation applications at any given time.
When the provider is officially affiliated, we automatically work the next facility in line so that you never have an empty slot!
An unlimited number of reappointment applications.
On-demand updated affiliation lists to keep you up to date regarding where your providers have privileges.
